The old standard for a main service was 60 Amps, which is not enough for today’s power needs. Common upgrades are 150 Amp, 200 Amp, and even a 400 Amp for larger homes.

Other items we’ve seen that don’t require an entire service change or upgrade but can be fixed would be, conduit dropping out of your meter exposing wires on an underground service, a mast conduit falling away from the house on an overhead service or your meter itself falling away from the house. We can re-secure them and keep the issue from happening again.
